Hi, everyone:

My name is Peter, and I believe some one might already knows me since I posted my story on sinoquebec Chinese web.

I am a victim of Canadian Medicare, victim of crime and injustice, and I am also the landlord that I think this is the great idea to get our Chinese people together to support each other.

If everyone have no problem, I like to invite everyone come over to my house to meet each other on this Sunday 2:00pm to discuss about rental problem and possibly other issues if someone wish too.

Main while, I thought some people just waste time argue on the net to accuse our Chinese each other with different locations, I feel very sad. I wish someday we all would wake up to support each other instead fights each other. I like to everyone read my ideal and I posted on the subjects what they posted and finally no one continue those kind subjects anymore:

Please don't just waste your time to accuse all kind local Chinese group, all kind people have good side and weak side too, same as you and me and the others. Actually, we are all the same.

Look at this, other local people accused Shanghainess, and Shanghainess accused northern Chinese, Cantonese just thought they are the best, Tanshanese thought they were the first one came over to build up Chinatown...

But we have to realize that we are all Chinese and especially we are living other countries with complete different of language, different of culture and different of skin. Immigrate life already very difficult, why do we support each other instead just waste time to accuse our own people?!

Please do some thing good for you, for your family and your relatives, for your generation and for your friends, and for our society to let we get better condition to live this new land. Please read the post of 团结互助海外华人生存强盛之本 , have a nice day!

Thank you for everyone who were join the discussion today. Today the most discussion of the subject was rental problems, experiences, rental law and sulution.We were also discussed about how can let our Overseas Chinese stick together support each other. Until now, had 12 people joined for this discussion.

CHINESE OVERSEAS ASSOCIATION Together-in-One

Ideal:
Support each other in business, family, legal, social, mentally and physically. Help new immigrants to settle down in order to join with Canadian society to build up better life in a new-land. Provide different of subjects of the group for individual needs.

Service:
Provide social and family services by Chinese way; provide legal advice in business also for family and social matters.

Activities:
Open mini business convention centre to provide better chances to let members have better opportunities doing business with both countries;

Publish own news letters to provide a speak corner for members in order to let them have a chance to publish them own problems since by gave the fact that it’s very difficult for Chinese people to game Canadian public attention for social and legal justice;

Open restaurant-karaoke-bar to let all the members have own culture club to enjoy and associate with the others in order to fulfill their life after the work;

Open education course as language and skill train in order to let members and their relatives as soon as possible to fit with Canadian society to support by themselves own;

Open health improvement centre to help members and societies by Chinese traditional way to reduce human body stress, depression and certain kind of pains, provide special healing service to help people who suffered with certain illness and modern medication side effects to let them have a better chance recover and back to normal life again.

Policy:
Every Chinese nationality immigrants and Canadian-Chinese are welcome if wish become a membership of COA together-in-One, every members has a right to vote for the board and director and become a member of the board or director; it’s free of charge become a membership.

COA Together-in-One is non-profits organization operated by organization board—the board members and director is four years of period and selected by member election; During the operate period, if the organization board didn’t do its duty properly, every members has a right to ask to elect a new board—once a request made, the original request member must convinced another five members to agree his/her request in order to final the decision, by then the organization board should choose a date within 60 days to let members to vote the decision; if the result is positive, the board has to choose a date to let all the members join for new board election within 15 days.

Financial:
By Canadian federal, provincial and municipal government foundations, communities, companies and private donation include members.

At first thank you for organizing this gathering, and also your delicious noodles.

Your experience was really incredible, we can learn a lot lessons from it. However it takes a little too much time so at last they have to cut if off.

And I also get a lot from today's discussion. Now I can understand many difficulties of the landlords.

Actually, I didn't had a chance to get know you personally since it was many people join with Sunday discussion, and I also even didn’t realized who is Jenny until after the discussion then every one left and I fingered out by myself.

My story is very complex and it's very hard to make people understand the whole picture. So if it was not some one ask, I will not put my story as a subject for discussion with two reasons: first, I don't like to review my story, it's too much painful; second, since people they not in my shoes, it's very difficult to make them understand with the complex matters especially with lots of unusual happened, and the knowledge of civil and criminal law of this involvement.

And this is not my intention to establish the SUNDAY DISCUSSION since I suffered for passed through these years, it's really not fun especially is not most human being able to take it. My ideal is though of this discussion what I suffered in the past, possibly to let the others avoid the similar situation I deal with, to let them realize that how important if our overseas Chinese strongly outstanding at Canadian society as same as Jewish and Black communities.

Don't worry about some one cut me off. In my life, I already got all kind bad experiences, for only that will not hurt me, and also it will not stop me to try in my way to wake up our Chinese society. People might think I am just a big mouth, but I know what I am doing. For the past of these years, I always wonder what it the real mean of life? And what is most important for life? Through by all the problems I am dealing with, finally, I start to understand.

Life could be for different of means and different of ways to explain, to spend, and to deal with: You could just spend it only for your own good, and you might spend it for yourself, for your family, and for your relatives; and, you also could spend for the other—it might scarify yourself for the people who might get some benefits late on since you put your life into it fight for justice. I choose the last one, and that is the reason I am keep fighting for my legal rights through passed of 8 years and I will continually keep going until to reach my goal.

It’s not a meant because I want to become some kind hero; the reason why I choose in this way, because since I already scarified my 8 years, and I think it’s worth it to keep moving given that at least would give a lesson for our Chinese society possibly for Canadian society too. I am luckily get support from my wonderful Thai wife who is the most only one understand me, petting her whole heart to support my ideals by mentally and emotionally.

I appreciated for the owner of Sino Quebec web to provide this great opportunity to let me publish my story in order to clarify myself, express my feelings, my opinions, my dreams and my ideals; and I also like to express my appreciation to Sino Quebec web to let me have a chance to meet true friend like you, and some one like Pigging—Ms. Paula, Ms Ge Yuping who are presently living in mainland China that I even never met, and they are encouraging, supporting me though by Sino Quebec web also by e-mail letter.

And I appreciated through by Sino Quebec web; I’d able to meet true friends like you, Mr. Wan Haitao who we met each other at SUNDAY DISCUSSION, and also as TLD, Mr. Fengshui, Ms Xien, the others who we met each other on my different subject of post. I strongly believe in some day, our overseas Chinese society would be much more stronger, more powerful than today since there are some like you and me, and the others I mentioned or not mentioned who are also working very hard to wake up our Chinese society in order to provide a better living condition for you and me, for our generations and our society.
