去蒙城华人服务中心问问,她们会告诉你如何做. 不交房租好象会有麻烦的,还是先去问问再说.
M. Zhao has reason, go ask the chinese family service, they'll give you details how to manage this problem.
About your rents, you have to pay it on time BUT NOT TO THE LANDLORD, you should deposit your rents during the contesting period (if you decide to contest the landlords decision to kick you out at the rental board) to the rental board's office. by deposing your rents to the rental board's office, you keep your right to contest. if you don't do it, you'll lose your rights (the landlord will get a legal reason which is you REFUSE TO PAY your rents and kick you legally out from your house after 3 weeks of delay).
good luck! |
