这样算不算是 account receivalbe 和 common shares?

当然不是了~
收钱如果是Cash那么

Assets里面的Cash和S/E's Equity里的Retained Earning同时增长

如果是顾客欠帐买的,.那么才是Account Receivable,

和Common Shares不相干

"money" in the common share will be the money or asset received from stakeholder.
