Yes. You may be a sponsor of your family member for their immigration application.
Immigration and Refugee Protection Act
13. (1) A Canadian citizen or permanent resident may, subject to the regulations, sponsor a foreign national who is a member of the family class.
As for the definition of "family member", please refer to article 117 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations. Generally speaking, the family members you can sponsor include but not limited to your spouse, common-law partner(same-sex or opposite-sex) 16 years of age or older; your child, including legally adopted child; your parents; your grand-parents; your grand-child who is under 18 years of age and whose parents are deceased; and your relatives with limitation.
