请律师服务很多按小时计费，例如$200每小时。但有谁知道他们是怎样计时吗？有人说只有他们代表出庭是才计时，但又听说他们在OFFICE翻看，审阅文件的时间都要计算在时间内的。谁有请过律师的经历是否可以分享一下？

Actually, each time when you have a conversation with lawyer, there is a charge even speak on the phone.

The best thing is: when you talk about your case before, you have to appoint out how he/she will charge. Make sure there is clear about service charges before you discuss your case.

Try to save your money and lawyer time, better thing to do is: Summarize the case, organize your all the necessary document and evidence.

It's very hard to measure how much hours the lawyer will charge you (noticed all the telephone calls should on your bills too).

The stand hour rate between $50.00-$150.00; $200.00 and up surppose that lawyer very experienced.

You may also give a mondate to some lawyer by percentage basis. Usually is from 20% to 30% from total claim according the case.
