云河：我想你得的应该是荨麻疹，即俗话的风疹，是由于天气干燥，饮食不节引起的，应减少用碱性的刺激性的浴液，浴后涂无刺激性的乳液，清淡饮食，再不行的话服用一些抗过敏的药几天就好啦。

My guess is alergy. I have the same problem, together with sneezing. If you have been here for about 2-3 years, I might be right. I am using Reactine - Extra Strength. Most of the pharmacy have it.
