Oracle is the name of a database, also the name of ERP.  Since it is put together with SAP, I believe it is ERP training for the 2 softwares.  Depending on your background, it may not be useful.  Check out the "~Chinese Professional Association", few years ago, they held seminars on ERP and the people from that organization seems helpful.  They are still active right now and does have a web site.  In case nobody reply, contact the association.
