For Canada, just fill one form, tick "married". No income for her. Don't forget ticking "GST". Maybe you can get all "GST" refund.
As for Quebec, do the same. But I am sure you can only get your"QST" refund.
If you have a large amount of income, there are some tips to fill forms.you'd better to ask a professional for help.
