Although most likely I will never get to do this big dish , I am still curious to know how to make it. I made Jewish bagel and want to find out the difference between the 2. The plate was may be 18" large, with a super huge bagel in it (big ring shaped bread with sesame seeds). I think there were lots of thin small pieces of lamb (not sure), but there should have been some juice in the plate for dipping the bread. Thanks in advance!
