Never use second hand tire. Your life is valuable. Especially in winter time. I already see a lot of people hurt themself becourse of neglect in the car maintenance. If they have a good tire, may be they can avoid some accident. Good drive habit + good car maintenance + never rush to save just 10 second + good luck will keep you drive for long time without an accident.
