我是个新移民，想登陆后不久就回国，可根据魁省要求在外呆的时间不能超过183天，否则就要取消医疗卡。
有没有办法可以想？谢谢！

This is just so typical, having the best of the world mentality.
Buddy, you're NOT entitled to be covered by the medicare if you don't live here.We, the Quebec taxpayers, are footing the bill for the universal medicare system which is under tremendous stress.This province has already taxed on almost everything under the sun to support the social security net in place. What do you expect realisticly? Receive every refund possible from the Canadian/Quebec government while living overseas without contributing a penny ??? I wish the government could do more to crack down the abuse.
