剁椒鸡爪+酸豆角+沙锅炖

前天买的鸡爪子，弄了点剁椒，泡了。这2天没事在家看fellowship of the ring的那个特别的版本，正好啃了。。。

酸豆角我偷懒，豆角那么贵，正好也不用自个儿腌了，前天去唐人街的时候在永昌见有卖现成包包的，回来自己调了就是了。

中午吃的沙锅，圣诞节前做的鸡肉丸子，剩下不少。跟西洋菜，蟹肉棒，豆腐，宽粉一起炖了。我们家爱吃辣，红油放了不少。还有小茴香。。

If he does, please let me know the DETAILS of your training program . .

I can't get mine to eat the white squiggely thing from the sea.:frown:

lol...he tried and like the fry/卤 chicken paws, we bought them in 建容, i think it is the color, he doesn't wanna try this white 鸡爪子...

about sea food, hmm.....he never ate fish before, just doesn' t like it..but i trained him to eat some steam fish, baked fish..xx fish...lol...coz i am the queen in the house..lol....other sea stuff? lobster, crab...he can eat it without killing them and seeing the real looking..have to cut those shell animal as small pieces..
