I found a room for sublet. I will make a contract with the owner, but the people who sublet the room to me asks me to pay half of the fee which she has to pay the owner because of her leaving. I do not think I have the duty to pay her punishment fee.But I am a new comer, and do not know it well, please tell me what should I do.
