产假期间可否回国?

请问诸位,如果休产假期间带孩子回国,产假补贴和孩子的牛奶金
是否会停止?非常感谢!

I think it will be stopped, since you should send the government a letter or make a call every twoo weeks to have the pay every two weeks. If you leave, how can you do it?

Check the Parental EI brochure, you'll find the answer. I think it'll be okay to get paid even you leave Canada, but you still have to report your absence. It's different from regular EI.

You are able to collect maternity and parental benefits while you are outside Canada. However, you must advise your local HRDC office if you go out of Canada.

牛奶金不清楚,但产妇金100%可以继续拿的,我读法语时有政府工作人员专门讲过

happycanada,你这就不对了,据我所知产妇金是预产期之前一年内有600小时工作记录的产妇合法可申请的联邦和魁省的一项福利,中国也一样,女工生小孩单位仍付一定工资,大同小异吧
