康大收费中有一项是health plan,$153,包括牙医什么的，已有了太阳卡了，还有必要交这个钱吗？能取消吗？听说交了这个钱才可以报销眼镜费，但洗牙也得出一部分，请问有没有知道详情的朋友？谢谢

Well, of course you can cancel that health plan, but you have to cancel it before some deadline which I am not sure when it will be.

You should aware that Card de solie is not including the dental insurance. The health plan including twice FREE teeth cleaning.  If you want other dental program such as teeth filling, the insurance will cover 50%, and normally the dentist will give you 20-30% off (at least mine is), you only need to pay for the rest. However, if your dentist tell you that you need to go for a specialist, then you need to pay for everything la.

oh, i forgot mention the glasses. Yes, you can get refund of $105 from the insurance. And another $185 from the government. Although my friends who are working all think that's the reason make them pay more tax, it is still good for some real poor students, just like me.
