You may go to metro atwatr inside, there is a teen miss store-I forgot it is the same floor with zellers or pharmprix, very cheap.
I ever bought two pairs of pans 2/10S(original is 1/$34.99), quality is very good.
Most of clothes there 3 or 2/10$
Need go soon, coz it is solde now.

You may try GAP kids. The clothes for kids are on the second floor. Very nice.
