请教:
I am first time home buyer, can a professional can advise me what is the percentage of GST and QST rebate if the new house price is above 200,000 but below 225,000? Still remain 36%?

For example:
House price (excluded all tax) 225,000 --- (1)
GST (7%)  =15750 ----- (2)
GST Rebate (36%) = (2) * 36%? ---- (3)

QST (7.5) = (1) + (2) - (3) * 7.5%  ------ (4)
QST Rebate (36%?) = (4) * 36%?
