They should not do that. You can sue the employer if they lay off you because you are pregnant.

谢谢两位, 但这个网站说的并不清楚. 1)当然不能因为怀孕而裁, 但是要是雇主说生意不好呢?
2) 网站说产后一年公司应保留位置,但并没说产前的保障.

还有人能提供第一手资料么? 谢谢!
