I am student at McGill, and I picked my Fed skilled Immigration visa at buffalo consulate. But when I tried to land Canada buffalo, I was denied. The officer still asked for CAQ, I don't have one.
Pleaset let me know how to handle this.

你如果在Mcgill读书，并且不是魁北克居民的话，CAQ是一定要的，这跟移民没关系 。

caq这东西是发给留学生用的，移民根本用不上。魁省移民有的那是csq. 联邦移民来读书这两个就都没有。所有学生都有的那是Permanent  Code。
