申请了Mcgill continuing education 的 certificate program in management. 12credit/term and 3 terms totally. 一月五号开学，请问可以申请L&B吗？有朋友说不行。

2. generally, it should be OK for you to apply for L&B. I have some friends who are reading continuing education in McGill and who are applying for L&B. However, why don't you go to McGill to make it clear?
