看你想学什么专业了，不同的学校，都有自己比较好的学科，和排名不一定是一回事情

it depend on the despiline. I am graduated from McGill and doing research in UofT. Basically, I like McGill more since the campus and departments are more closer as a big family. UofT is too much isolated from eachother. I can say McGill is a academia and Uof T is more like a institute. Also, each of them have their stronger subjects but the professors and labs you are going with is more important than the name of school. Go search the profile and research orientation of each lab ba!
