On a heavy raining midnight, I was following a car on Highway 87, close to town of Plattsburgh, NY. Both of the cars were running about 100 KM. Suddenly, a US police stopped me.

However, a women Judge even didn?t listen and said: I will send you my decision on a mail. After two days, I received a letter and charge a big amount. It is hard to accept the result that was gotten by a human eyes, inside a moving truck and at heavy running midnight. I hate the way of the policemen and the woman judge did. I would like to contest the count decision.
