饭盒: 底层放一层炒肉沫(没酱油), 中间放一层熟 玉米粒,上面放一层土豆泥(, 有现成的粉, 一泡.).   
吃时再一热, 特棒.
另外代点 沾炸薯条的西红柿酱,吃时浇一点.

My son school does not have microwave, so I have to prepare lunch in a thermos for him, very troublesome. I tested for copule of weeks and find he doe snot eat rice and clai m he doesn't have enough time. My greatest success so far is Shepard pie, eat everything!!! I tried sandwiches, but depends on what meat I put, sometime he throw them, so if you have any other ideas, plse let me know, he is 5. I visited the Japanese site, incredible, but then who has the time to do it.
