Hi,

I believe that the continuing education at Concordia U. and Mcgill U. offer French courses to Canadian and non Canadian. The fees are higher for non Canadian. French universities must also have similar courses offered.

I took one year intensive French program at U. Laval located in Quebec city. I was international student at the time. I paid reasonable credit fees. I recommend it a lot.
