你必需是网上申请的，当时你申请时就给了你的号和password ,如果你没有网上申请的话，就只能打电话问了。

I applied the undergraduate od concordia in MIS in Sep. but till today, I called them and they said the decision about my application hasn't made till now! My God! Is it reasonable?
