1. you should submit authorized translation of your transcript, degree certificate and pay $105 to get equivallence certificate. you can go there to ask the lady what kind of documents you should submit. be careful and patient, the lady in charge of this is not so good.
2. only if you register in job training, you can apply for gdt test.
3. if you are in hurry, take gdt, if you plan to study after 6 months, you can take equivallence.
