如果时间安排得过来,可以同时学一个traing和master吗?(部分时间重叠)
两个课程都分别可以申请b/l吗

You can learn them simultaneously. But you can't get two loans/bursaries at the same time.  Even if you choose to learn part courses at Master level, part courses for training - at the same semester, you can't get any L or B. You can get it only if you keep one full time, and pay for the other one by yourself supposing you want to study them together.
