I don't know what's the problem? But I find that the network of concordia don't work sometimes in these days. I have a trouble in connecting with website(myconcordia.com). So just try again. good luck.

当然不减了，这个政策只是给魁北克的RESIDENCE和PERMERNENT RESIDENCE设置的。没有国际学生的事儿。

不知道大家的学费都减了没有，最近我收到了一封信，还是按非魁省居民收的，我在三周前已经把所有证明都交给ＬＢ185了，但每科还400多，有没有人是同样的情况。还是你们都已经减掉了。
另外，我是魁省居民，除了医疗保险可以申请免掉外，下面列表中还有其它的不用交吗？
