primus用了几天，感觉效果还可以，接听比普通电话质量稍差一些，特别打1-800电话，有些破，对方则听不出太大区别。拨号有时需多拨一次才可以。

Some friends said Videotron IP phone validated OK with phone card(s). Don't just take my words, check yourself.

To NEXT: Call Primus, they will help u with the issue "拨号有时需多拨一次". They are supposed to give u same quality of land line, don't settle for less. Most likely, they will give u 1 month free for the trouble.
