jxyiliu, I think if you are not in Montreal, you can call Tesl Center to make an appointment only tell them your name and your ID number,and ask them the test schedule. I didn't have an appointment in person, my wife took my admission letter to have an appointment for me.(No other document needed). But after that, you shold pay the test fee $20 at LB 185. Good luck!
Thanks a lot YunZhu. I called the TESL center and told them that I am living in Toronto, whether can i set a time to take the test first and then go to Montreal at test time. Because I donot want to stay in the Montreal for a long time, or commute between the two cities. But they told me that I should make it in person. Faint frown
Don't take the test seriously, since you have received the admission letter. They just want you take some english courses. So either You take it or not won't affect your registration. You can make an appointment for it after you move here.
