[移民] how long have to wait post medical [no finger print and security check needed]

Hello,

I have finished the medical exam on Aug 5. The medical exam result arrived at Ottawa in Aug 20. The Immmigration office also inform me that no finger print and security check needed [I lived in USA]. The online is still in progress. Not sure how long will it take to get the landing visa request.

Also I am through the Quebec selection category. I supposed to land in Montereal, Quebec. But thing now changes, I get an offer in Windsor, Ontario. Can I just landing in Winsor, Ontario?
Or I have to land in Montereal before I move to Winsor, Ontario?
