最好打电话询问一下，我的当时就是等了8周还没见，而同期登陆的早就收到了，打电话询问被告知卡寄出后被退回，经核对发现入关时移民官由于写的太潦草其中一位门牌号错了，纠正后重新寄出第二周就收到了。因此请打电话核对一下地址。

I called the immigration officer last week, he told me that the processing period of PR card has changed into 12 weeks.
For there are more people to apply for the PR card entering May.According to the regulation,the landed people in the period of 1996-1998 had to apply for the PR card in May 2003, by the date of June 28, totaly 450,000 people have applied for the card, but only in May, there are 200,000 people of them.So, the period has to delay to 12 weeks.
