    要不是我那个朋友的房子比较贵，我也不会想只签1个月的lease，她家在Parc地铁和Acadia地铁之间拐弯处向西北方向走6个街口那里，好像是个house，一共3间房子，租给我其中的一间，每个月300$，还不包括水电暖、电话和宽带，我又不是什么投资移民，我看BBS上这类的房子在Montreal250$就可以搞定了，而且很多还包水电暖、电话和宽带，所以只好出此下策。

it takes time to apply for university. so I suggest you come here first. usually there are 3 semesters : autumn, winter, and summer. So I don't understand spring semester you mentioned.
