近来读了本站所有贴子有个想法,随着移民的增多,联邦移民能拿到COFI的机会越来越小.我拿到联邦移民纸后,如果再申请到CSQ,是否就一定能拿到COFI?

No.You do not have to apply for CSQ .

Just wait.The time may be longer than before.

I have got the approval to take COFI  on July 4,but I will not take it as it  is just wast of time if you do not realy want  to stay in QC for ever.  :eek:

The fact is that I want to stay in QC for ever. because I have studied in France for three years.but I think my french is not enough good to work and to discuss  some problems  with french men. So I think the best tning is to continue study french in Canada, COFI is important to me, have you or another men applied CSQ in Canada? thank you!

CSQ是发给来申请魁省定居的海外人士的，既然你通过联邦的移民甄选系统取得了LP，就没有必要申请CSQ了。
如果申请CSQ可以，重新向魁省移民部递表，等待魁省移民部的面试。等于从头申请魁省移民。你自己看划不划算吧。

请问,现在新移民一落地,要多久才能读COFI,现在的申请人多吗???

Salut Tintin:
Tu peux demander le CSQ une fois arrivé(e) à Montréal. Mais il paraît que c'est extrêmement long. J'ai un ami qui avait attendu un an avant de recevoir son CSQ. A cette époque-là, il n'y avait pas tellement de différence entre un immigrant fédéral et un immigrant du Québec. Ca a changé depuis et il vaut mieux avoir le CSQ pour bénéficier de toutes sortes d'avantages accordés par le gouvernement du Québec, par exemple, les bourses d'études dans certaines écoles, …etc.
A propos, j'ai été aussi en France. T'es encore en France? Dans quelle ville?

Bien sûre!Tu as même plus de chance d'être accepté rapidement si tu as une bonne base en français. Au moins, en parlant un peu de français, tu donneras une bonne impression à l'agent d'intégration et ça prouve que tu n'es pas là tout simplement pour de l'argent.
