for foreign language learning, i want to share you some experience. i have a chinese friend who speaks english and french fluently. he was only 16 when he came to montreal. he told me that it took him 5 years to be a fluent english/french speaker.

how many years do you want to study in montreal? what is your husband's opinion? if both your husband and you don't mind the seperation and  you really like french, maybe you can think about other pure french speaking city, e.g. sherbrooke, but it is more far away from Toronto.

thank you very much everyone.I know it is important to keep family together first.But we have our plan, my hunsband will come back to China for two monthes ,he get an offer to be a VP in China and then come bank to study,because he has already got an offer from a univesity in Ontario.And I also want to study and learn french,so I am going to go to Qubece.
