我在网上看到如果9月申请loan&bursary，可以补发5-8月生活费，请问这是真的么？:confused: 是所有人都可以，还是有具体条件的？是需要额外申请吗？

according to me, it's not true anymore. that's around 1-2 years ago before quebec launched a new load and bursary program.

so the new program don't cover the May-Aug. life expending any more, right?
