"We are located at the McGill University Health Centre (Montreal General Hospital), 1650 Cedar Avenue, on the 3rd floor, (Pine Avenue entrance). If you need directions how to get here, dial (514) 934-1934 and press 47727 for English or 47717 for French.
The Clinic is a teaching facility for training students of the McGill University Faculty of Dentistry. All dental visits are by scheduled appointment only. Regretfully, this teaching clinic does not offer emergency dental services.

How Do I Get Started in the Student Clinic?

• Answer all the questions on the patient admissions encounter form and the confidential medical questionnaire. If we do not have all the information, your request will be delayed.
  
• Return these forms to us in the enclosed self-addressed envelope.
  

After we review your forms and, if you are chosen for a Screening Examination, we will call to give you an appointment in the Oral Diagnosis Clinic, Room A3 115. Radiographs (X-rays) will be taken at that visit. There will be a $ 40.00 non-refundable fee for this first visit. Only those patients who are suitable for the McGill University Undergraduate Teaching Clinic will be called for a Screening Examination. "
