希望能尽早把妹妹移民过来，听说可以申请亲属团聚移民，从2006年起有最新规定，六个月就可以了，看了移民局网站上的规定，还是不明白，请大家指教。

妹妹早已经超过18岁了，有五六年的工作经验，父母健在。

根据联邦规定：

your brothers, sisters, nephews, nieces or grandchildren who are orphans; under the age of 18 and not married or in a common-law relationship; or
a relative of any age if you do not have an aunt, uncle or family member from the list above who you could sponsor or who is already a Canadian citizen, Indian or permanent resident.
最后这一条没看懂，到底我妹妹的情况可不可以申请亲属团聚移民？

根据魁省规定：

your orphaned brother, sister, nephew, niece, grandson or granddaughter, who is under the age of 18, and not married or in a common-law relationship 应该是对应联邦上面第一条的规定
但魁省没有 A RELATIVE OF ANY AGE的规定

请高手指教我妹妹的情况是否可以申请亲属团聚还是及早递交技术移民的申请？

姐姐,我咋没看见哪里有写"六个月"就行呢
另外关于担保兄弟姐妹,好象是说要有收入吧

是有收入的规定，我关心的是在能够提供经济担保的情况下可不可以申请成年姐妹的团聚移民。因为在魁省的规定上没有这一部分。
而联邦相关的那一条我又看得不是很明白。
