感觉你离车太近了，而且这边本身公车就比校车差一个档次，都是装N多人的车，所以。。。。。。。。。。。我觉得责任至少很大半都是你吧，下次遇到这种情况先在距离1.5m的地方等等，也许会好点，好像笔试题目上有这么说吧

谢谢,您说的很对,我不该离公车太近,因为他的视线不好,我总以为倒车的司机应该确认后面安全才倒车,但有的时候不都是这样的,就得自己小心.以前我也被倒车的司机给撞过,还是一般的5人乘坐的小车,但小车力量小,什么事都没有.

1. You can use the bus lane if you want to make a right turn.

2. Your distance might be too close to the bus. If the bus driver cann't see your car from his mirror, you have to take the most of the responsibility.

3. Your response was too slow. You should also back up when you saw the bus started to move, at least you should press the horn.

4. If you don't want to claim, consult your insurance company any way, no risk. I guess the claim could be 50/50 in your case.

谢谢这么多好心人的回应,一个人的思路就是不够.得到教训是要付出代价的,离大车尽量远点.
