I bought a TV card to wacth TV in computer, but it doesn't work well: sound is OK, but the picture can't move.
Who know why it is? Please tell how to manage it!

     My TV Card is ATI-TV Wonder VE, The screen is motionless. It worked well in my friend's computer. But it Never work well in my computer. I use just a wire as an antenna.
