Just like you said, I really have a very, very little knoweledge of Java, JavaBean, actually this is my first Java, or say JavaBean code. We do use Tomcat.

You are right, my problem is that I didn't import(export) the class in my JSP, I modified a little in my JavaBean code and I imported(exported) the class in my JSP, now every thing is working!!!

Just one thing, about my code:

I tested the code in all the db connections, jdatastore,mysql, portgresql and hsql, and in two environment, the tomcat4.03 and j2ee 3.1, it works in all the testing.
