今天收到NETZERO的一封EMAIL,告诉我因为通讯的昂贵以及我的使用网络的方式(我想只能说是我每天上网的时间较长,我一天用3--5小时),他们准备停掉对我的PLANTINUM服务.我是直接交的US$49.5,可用六个月,现在刚用一个月就发声这件事,让我觉的NETZERO是真够小器的,既然推出了这种无限上网的服务,还怕用户用的时间长.我不知其他朋友是否也遇到了此事.

I think it is reasonable. Normally every unlimited accessable  internet client of videotron or sympatia use 2-3 hours a day and they paid about 32(tax incl.) /per month.Calculate how much it is for 6 months? They know you won't use internet really 24 hours a day.

Hi, Man! You can pay 32$ one month for 56K speed internet connection why not try to install the high speed one. Besides its high speed Internet connection, it does not interfer your telephone using. Not a dad choice.

估计NETZERO的运营出了问题。
按照协议，NETZERO有权提前终止服务，我们无可非议，可是这也有违它广告中的无限上网的承诺，如果因为客户的上网方式（pattern of usage）增加了它的成本，就停止服务，这应该属于商业欺诈（因为它的广告还是在宣传PLATIUM无限上网）。
NETZERO如果这样对待客户，以后谁还选择NETZERO？

Videotron, exactly  34.45 tax incl/month . High speed .

No, TV expenses will be presented in another bill every month, it is different from internet.

Basic charge is 21.28 ,but that is only for several french channels.
Normally you pay 14.14 for extended service to watch CNN,discovery etc.
Plus tax, I will say normally it is 40.74 per month.
