Who has more detail about Videotron Cable Internet? Is it better than Bell High Speed? Is there the same problems to log on the Chinese domestic website like Bell? Please help me!!!

I use Videotron for more than a year. Regarding my experience, it's not bad at all. Of course, it has poor performance in peak hour. But not that apparant; Videotron's service is much better in the last year. If you choose leasing modem, it's 39.99/month (with cable subscription); buying modem, it's 29.99/month; If you see their promotion lately saying 24.99, it's for only the first 5 month in 12-month contract, then you pay 34.99/month. So be careful.
Maybe you can elaborate a bit more about the problem about Chinese website, I don't think I feel troubled when accessing them.
