[电脑] Who knows IE1394 firewire?

I bought IE1394 firewire to transfer data from my MiniDV camcoder to PC, but don't have any software to support it. Is there anyone knows the software and let me know how to get one?

Hi,

It's a bit tricky.  First of all, you have to make sure that your firewire card is compatible with the software.  There are all kinds of software and different firewire cards in the market.  I bought the firewire card together with the software, so that I can be sure it's compatible.  It also depends on what kind of computer you have.  For example, I have a HP Pavilion, and it didn't work with the first software I bought (Mini DV studio).  It also depends on what kind of mini DV you have.  I bought the software almost 2 years ago, so there might be new developments since then. Do a search online, you will find a wealth of information there.

Now I am using Ulead Video Studio (www.ulead.com) and bought it from ADS Technology (www.adstech.com).  It works pretty well for me.

I am not a software geek.  But what I have works really well for me.  And it is a lot of fun editing movies.

try "Video Studio 6" or "Adobe Premiere 6.5"
use "Video Pack5" to create a VideoCD
