我是2005年11月在QUEBEC的GATINEAU交的表.
2005年12月收到第一封信
2006年2月CASE转到QUEBEC的SHERBROOKE,
2006年9月收到FINGERPRINT的通知, 并按过FINGERPRINT寄给----
之后就没任何消息了.
到2007.三月都快半年了, 还没收到TEST的消息.
怎回事啊? 望交流指教!!!!!

You'd better contact CIC call centre ( 1 888 242-2100) for further explaination.

General Processing Time for Routine Applications

       Currently, the total processing time for a routine          application for citizenship is approximately 12–15 months.

In fact, you may even make a complain because your case processing time is over 15 months.
