i had the same problem as you two years ago. Because i did not tell them i changed the agent, they tell me i should pay for it. i paied it, but it was not very much, about $90. It is very expensive to buy auto insurrance in ING. In another canpany, i just paied a half. I think if you don't have strong evidence, just pay it, and forget it quickly. Don't keep in this  bad emotion.

　有个经验，对讨债公司的债，如果不是自己的错，最好不要付，因为影响深远，不只是钱的问题．当然，确实因为自己的过错，还是付了好，上法庭也没用．
