[网络] 有没有不错的付费网络电话

我每月用电话卡要30多元.
想用PC打电话,当然是要付费的(可以保证质量).
请问哪里的比较好.谢谢.

mediaring 的不错，我一直用，打到中国现在是7美分一分钟。

MediaRing need you to have Credit Card to buy time. But I heard that MediaRing is charged in US dollar, I hold a Canadian Credit Card, how about the payment? Will bank do exchange from US dollar to Canadian dollar?

To linus,如果在网上付费购买需要支付美圆的服务，你可以用在加拿大申请的信用卡，直接输入卡号和付款金额（不要自己折算）即可。到时，信用卡公司会自动按照加币对美金的汇率折算成美金，然后从你的信用卡的帐号自动划去相应加币的数额。

现在有个服务，好象是拨打10107，打中国是99C 7分钟，不需要登记，话费由BELL代收，我没有试过，不过听朋友说效果不错，大家可以试试。
