please tell how to input Chinese using operating system WindowsXP, except NJStar
as i know, there is default Chinese input in XP. but i don't know to do the settings. pls tell if you know.

actually, if you are using WIN XP, no matter Chinese version or English version, you can read and input Chinese words wherever&whenever you wanna, such as ie, word, excel, even QQ!
well, anyway, feel free to come to ask me if you need any help.

well, if you are using english version xp, you may want to install the chinese language pack. and, xp won't let you input chinese every where unless it is unicode supported. such as ie, word, excel and so on.

两位都很对，但用OICQ时，必须装多国语言包并且
把UNICODE MATCHING选成中文（中国）
