想买个1800左右的笔记本，正在挑选

相比起来，好象DELL的配置高点，3年保修

可是在网络上定总觉得不是那么会事，而且没有信用卡，555555

有什么建议吗？DELL店里能否直接过去看看啊？THANKS

In a nutshell, DELL machine has a very high performance/price ration.
I am using DELL inspiron 8100, really good! us$ 1300, P3 1G, 128M,20G 15'LCD, but it's heavy for my type of laptop is called mobile workstation - high performance workstation, not optimized for thinness and lightness.
Buying online is not a terrible thing - you can save a lot - a hundred dollars rebate!!  but you'd better check the models in a real shop, then buy online - it will never provide a false model as described in your order - the point matter is you should be careful for your choice.
You have to have a credit card or debit card is usually ok and to see the fee for delivering machines to Canada - the post fee and custom tax if applicable.

good luck! - dell is not expensive compared with its performance.
