Before entering Quebec for study purpose, you should apply for a CAQ.
So I don't understand your situation.
Do you mean extending CAQ or CSQ?

My process time of CAQ was about a month, but it was one year ago. So you d better ask some else. Sorry about that

about 3 weeks plus the mailing time. so at most one month.
